Tags
Overview
Shift Tags can be applied to timecards and used by business rules to generate pay itmes. They are an easy way to quickly standardise data and implement pay rules that cannot be covered by the normal shift information.
This section provides guidance on managing tags within the Rasp system. It covers how to add, edit, and delete tags.
How to view tags
1. Navigate to https://app-dev.raspsoftware.com/#/admin/employees

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Tags"

4. The list of tags is displayed

How to add a new tag
1. Log in and navigate to the Admin App

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Tags"

4. Click "Add Tag"

5. Give the tag a name and a description if desired

6. Click "Save"

7. Your tag has been created

How to edit a tag
1. Log in and navigate to the Admin App

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Tags"

4. Find the tag you want to modify and click "Edit"

5. Modify the name and description as desired

6. Click "Save"

7. The tag has been updated

How to delete a tag
1. Log in and navigate to the Admin App

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Tags"

4. Click "Delete"

5. The tag has been deleted.
